The Birches, 1988.
The Birches is an area about four miles outside Portadown, County
Armagh. It is known for its birch trees and turf.
These images were
created by using two enlargers projected onto one sheet of
photographic paper with two different negatives. By adjusting the
aperture controls, the intensity of each negative could be
controlled.
