Craigavon, 1984.
This series of images explores the new town of Craigavon, which
was built mid-way between the towns of Portadown and Lurgan in
County Armagh.
It was envisaged that
such a development would bring together the populations of both
existing towns. There was originally much argument and controversy
as to where this new town would be situated in Northern Ireland.
