Borne Sulinowo,
1995. This is a series produced after a visit to the deserted
town of Borne Sulinowo in Poland, which had been a Soviet Army
base.
In these works,
Victor Sloan has used propaganda material, training films,
personal snapshots and effects he found there. The images in this
section were originally black and white photographic prints, which
Victor Sloan has worked on using toners, dyes, bleach, inks and
paints.
